In partnership with Bircham International University, our Diploma level training program is designed to develop practical and analytical capabilities across specific fields of operations management, organisational system process, performance measurement and best-practice service delivery methodologies.
Through a structured series of 5 modules, students will examine the operational, organisational and strategic factors that influence service delivery performance, enabling them to apply evidence-based approaches to real-world environments.
The Diploma prepares students for progression into roles within operational management and service delivery sectors by combining theoretical foundations, industry-aligned practices and applied assessment activities.
